Obscure Movies I've Come Across While Watching Them

Welcome to another post where I talk about dumb things that comes to mind and stretch it to more than 5 lines.
On this occasion it's about films. And no, we aren't going to talk about the movie of the moment or criticize the same ol' movies to satisfy algorithms. This is a blog by barra™, here I present anecdotes that not even a weed addict would think about from a trip.

I'll be talking about weird movies that never got the chance to find them of how rare and unknown they are (except a few), and to add insult to injury each one of these I watched on different local TV channels a long, long time ago in the middle of the plot without any context or recollection to what is happening on screen which make these more mysterious. I can tell some of you have that same feeling about things that we didn't care about but time will remind you those feelings again.
There's a total guarantee that yes, maybe all of them are B-movies of the bad direction had each one in particular.

Suspense movie involving a white old house

Starting with a movie that inspired me to make this post in the first place. From what I remember are just a few frames and a bit? of the plot.
It's about a cemetery or a dark place in a house that looks like it's from two centuries ago. It's thriller, or suspense might be, I don't think it was horror. Probably the most obscure movie of this post.
This one I found it while watching TV when I was so little which to make matters worse the channel looked most of the time like ass (BOO! jumpscare to analog horror fans).

It's possible that it's about some mystery or murder but that is the only thing that I can recollect from this movie, and would be impossible to find nowdays. By how it was filmed it's possible that it was released between the late 90's and early 2000's.

"Disney Channel" family comedy looking fantasy movie

This second film is one of the most recent from this post probably and, this is the moment where my memory starts to blur which should be the opposite. Maybe the movie was so unmemorable that broke all logic.
It was like a comedy film for the family distributed by Disney but I can't be sure. The story involves about magicians? or vampires idk, which are students from a school that I can't remember if it was for magicians/vampires, and a scene they tried to rescue someone tied up or kidnapped, and I think there was a talking dog.

From here where I could get this idea that it was like a Disney movie, and no, it wasn't 2D animated but looked like one which were produced for TV, but I watched it on a local TV channel called "Mega". Probably I'll find it on a Wiki.
The movie looked completely low budget, it had visual effects that consisted of sparks, and every outdoor scenery were cloudy like if it was England.

And that's all I can remember. Probably it's from the late 2000's. I watched it between 2010 and 2011 on the already mentioned local TV channel and, why did I said my memory is blurry? because there's a possibility that I'm mixing and confusing two movies, one that I could've dreamed of and one that actually exists. Shit's crazy.

A tornado movie

Probably (that's probably the 69th time I said that same word) the easiest one to find by the premise alone.
This must be the most recent memory and I don't recall if I watched on a local or a cable TV channel but I'm telling you I'm pretty sure it was a tornado movie so I'm going to search it right now... uhhh bad news, I couldn't find it by the time I'm writing this, and no, it's not "Twister" (1996).

It's about a tornado, yeah. That's for sure, and out of nowhere a tornado approaches to a family which they end up in the basement, and the whole town is involved with them.
The way this was filmed was very orange like if it was Texas, probably it's from the early 2000's, and thought it was a weird scary movie ass movie of how horrendous it looked but no, it was dead serious. Because of how many tornado films are out there, probably I'd never find it. Ironic that the first thing that I said about this film is that it would be easy to find and yet, here I am, writing this post. There's a p o s s i b i l i t y that could be another movie that isn't a tornado movie but again, I'm pretty itty sure it was some natural disaster that involved the entire town, and would make anything fly (what I tried to squeeze out my mind) so it must be a tornado movie.

Kratos ass mystical knight

A so very pretentious film that tries to be so epic and idk, a knight on a mission to idk, there were a lot of religious aspects and he has mystical powers?? imagine a Frankenstein that thinks he's Kratos, that's how I remember it, and there was a scene on an abandoned tower. The film had a ton of visual FX that look like were took from "The Mummy Returns" (2001) and "The Legend of Zorro" (2005). I came up sequels from my ass curiously...

This might shock you but I found it like nothing while writing this part.
It's called "Van Helsing" (2004). Cool, incredible how I mixed up many ideas or parts of the plot with what I had recollected from my mind, despite the fact that I watched it only once in my life, more than 15 years ago.
Interestingly, the film is directed by the same person who directed the Mummy films and that's why it was so similar in tone, resulting the find so easy. Besides, I checked a Wiki and it was broadcasted on the same channel "Mega" which it was I remembered. Mission accomplished!

Opening credits and a garden

Speaking of the same TV channel, p r o b a b l y this would be much harder to find because not only I remember just the opening, but also it's possible that I've could dreamed it or that I was watching it while I was sleepy because my family also was sleeping, and the living room was entirely dark.
What I remember about it was just the opening credits while showing the exterior of a white palace with a garden, in a completely cloudy day. And that's all. I'm telling you for sure that may be difficult to find.

Special mention

This doesn't count entirely but it was a movie that traumatized me for many years, and I remembered it vividly that was the problem. But a few years ago I found it because my mom told me it was "Wrong Turn 2: Dead End" (2007). A complete beast of a movie totally gory. The fact that it was released for DVD, has good practical effects.
I remember it a bit different though. For example, when the survivors got kidnapped to the cannibals' house, I remember it was literally a human carnage, where victims ended up demolished by crushing machines. But well, there was a scene where two characters die to a crushing machine and their rests ends up to waste barrels which it was a image that stuck in my mind for so long, it made me want to vomit.

Apocalyptic movie with demons in it

Now to end this, this must be the most "movie that doesn't exist" that might exist. . . p R ob A bly, that I've ever watched. It was very fantastical and also apocalyptic. From what I remember it was about an evil being from hell destroying everyone on its way.
It looked like ass, from the visual effects to the art direction which made everything look yellow-ish like piss. Don't remember if I watched it on DVD or TV, at least I can assure you that I watched Wrong Turn 2 on DVD but this one not sure. Must be before 2009 when I watched it, and I could've found it at some point on the Internet but forgot it entirely. It was a very strange movie.

And that's all I can remember for now from what I've watched while watching TV or from DVDs... because that was the last one from such formats. The next, and last one, it's a different format, and a different tone.

VHS tape containing...

A movie for adults. Yep, you read that. Your eyes are not entirely tired, it's legit. From everything what I said here, this is the most recollected one from my memory being above Wrong Turn 2.
Because I was little, for some reason I found a tape containing an adult movie and I watched it while I was home alone. I remember only two scenes which I rewind it the most. One was a lady undressing and showed lingerie and the outside of the hotel. Once she was undressed, she jumped to a couch which a gentleman was observing her and then the exterior of the hotel. After that I don't remember the rest of the movie. I think I got caught because not only the tape disappeared after that day but also after rewinding the same scene multiple times I heard my mom coming to the house and I was trying to take out the tape or turning off the VCR.
By how it looked everything, must be from the 70's or 60's, it looked very fifties which contradicts everything I said right now but who knows.
Do not try to find it. Never tried to search it because I know I could end up a bizarre rabbit hole that could give me insomnia.

That's everything for real (for now). If you've read this far, thank you so much.
I have good surprises in store for you this end of the year (EDIT: no I don't have any atm, it's taking so long to be fully done those surprises). See y'all!
